About This Role

Cedar Fair Entertainment Company is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Associate to join our team at Canada's Wonderland. As a Security Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support incident reports.
  • Monitor and control access to the park, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates.
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Law Enforcement, Criminology, or a related field.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification and a valid security guard license.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
