Fall Seasonal Associate

Cedar Fair Entertainment Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fall Seasonal Associate. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing ticket sales and transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, provide park information, and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ticket Sales and Transactions: Process ticket sales, upgrades, parking, and season pass transactions, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest transactions.
- Admissions Processing: Accept tickets from guests, verify authenticity, scan bar-coded admissions tickets, and place entry stamps.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work up to 32 hours per week, including Thursday and Friday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday.
- Age: Must be at least 15 years of age.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Free Admission: Free admission to Canada's Wonderland and other Cedar Fair parks.
- Promotional Tickets: Earn promotional tickets for friends and family.
- Discounts: 20% discount on merchandise and at select food locations, employee cafeteria with discounted food.
- Admission to Ontario Attractions: Free and/or discounted admission to many Ontario attractions.
