Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Fall Admissions team at Canada's Wonderland. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring exceptional guest service, and contributing to the overall success of the park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of 20-30 associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Oversight: Open and close the parking, sales, and ticket areas, ensuring seamless operations and efficient guest flow.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Create daily schedules, coordinate breaks, and manage location sheets to ensure optimal team coverage and productivity.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve accessibility issues and concerns related to parking and Front Gate Operations, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Guest Service: Provide general guest information and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
