The successful candidate will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of CTG roles, providing expertise across multiple business lines within the organization.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity in a hybrid environment, with a focus on building engagement and providing a personalized experience to candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Ownership of the recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding, including sourcing, interviewing, and providing offers.
  • Relationship Building: Supporting internal stakeholders to deliver talent acquisition needs, while providing recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Candidate-Centric Approach: Providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering results.
  • Agility: Working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to pivot to attract and hire the right candidate for the right role.

Requirements:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong focus on sourcing processes, procedures, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously improve recruitment skills and processes.
