Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant, Healthcare Projects

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and take on the full cycle recruitment of CTG roles. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will provide your expertise across multiple business lines within CTG, building engagement and providing a personalized experience to candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: You will have complete ownership of the recruitment cycle from intake, sourcing, interviewing, providing offers, and onboarding the new hire until their first day.
  • Relationship Building: You will support internal stakeholders to deliver their talent acquisition needs while providing recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Candidate-Centric Approach: You will be CTG's Brand Ambassador and committed to providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Agility: You will work in a fast-paced environment, taking risks and learning to pivot to attract and hire the right candidate for the right role.
Requirements:
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong focus on sourcing processes, procedures, and various recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and a commitment to recruitment excellence.
