About the Role

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of CTG roles, providing expertise across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: You will own the recruitment cycle from intake, sourcing, interviewing, providing offers, and onboarding new hires until their first day.
  • Relationship Building: You will support internal stakeholders to deliver their talent acquisition needs while providing recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Candidate-Centric Approach: You will be CTG's Brand Ambassador, committed to providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Agility: You will work in a fast-paced environment, taking risks and learning to pivot to attract and hire the right candidate for the right role.
Requirements
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on sourcing processes and procedures.
  • Strong Brand Awareness and ability to promote CTG through various channels.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously improve recruitment skills and processes.
