Financial Leader for Charitable Organization

We are seeking a Financial Leader to support the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, charitable bookkeeping, and tax preparation.
Job SummaryThis is a part-time position with an estimated 1 hour per day commitment. The role involves working closely with the Executive Director, office manager, and part-time bookkeeper to ensure financial requirements are met.
Responsibilities- Manage the organization's finances, ensuring compliance with CRA regulations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement financial strategies.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. They must be available to go into the office weekly to sign cheques.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., accounting, finance).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and systems.
