Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000.00, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in Integrated Facilities Management. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for providing full oversight of custodial services and leadership of our team of staff.
Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Executive Leader at Dexterra, you will be client-facing and responsible for the successful execution of the scope of project as well as delivering on key deliverables for our company. Your work will include understanding client retention as a daily process through thoughtful action and attitude, ensuring a visible Account-level presence, and aligning key Dexterra contacts with like positions or titles within the client organization.
You will also be responsible for communicating performance expectations, monitoring and rewarding performance to ensure plans, goals, and budgets are met. Additionally, you will act as a talent scout using networks to help identify, recruit, and vet proposed Dexterra People.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management. Federal Government Security Clearance is preferred, and you should be aware of technical elements needed to deliver services support.
You will also need to attract, develop, and retain employees, providing a safe, supportive work environment and supporting people strategies. A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
