We are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to join our Hood Packaging Corporation team in the roles of maximizing new customer accounts and driving sales expansion in Ontario and Central US (Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan).

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the flexographic printing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute divisional sales strategies to meet or exceed budget objectives;
  • Develop and execute sales plans for their assigned territory;
  • Present price lists and quotations to customers, negotiate prices and contracts;
  • Advise customers on product design and features;
  • Maintain technical knowledge to resolve issues and improve products;
  • Coordinate with customers to optimize design layout.

To be successful, candidates should possess:

  • A proven track record in sales, with autonomy to drive growth;
  • Bilingualism (English);
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Customer service orientation, with a focus on internal and external satisfaction.
