Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Infinity Wealth Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, preparing minutes of meetings, and maintaining office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other documents
  • Maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls and electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and flexibility
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The work language is English.
