- Supply Management: Order supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring our clinic is well-stocked and equipped to provide excellent patient care.
- Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical administrative role.
- Work Setting: Clinic environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, and ability to work in a permanent position.
