We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team in Calgary. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of HR-related functions, including hiring, attendance tracking, labour relations, performance and return-to-work management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support on HR-related inquiries or requests through verbal and written communication forms
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews, meetings, training, and events
  • Conducting hourly recruiting, including developing job descriptions, creating requisitions, screening, and selection, offer presentation, and pre-employment processing
  • Maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and ensuring employee digital files are up to date
  • Collaborating with other departments, vendors, and various outside contractors
  • Assisting with HR system applications related to compensation and payroll changes, one-time payments, and leave of absence or short-term disability entries

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a business or HR-related field and/or a combination of experience and training. Previous experience in an administrative background with HR-related responsibilities and expertise with Microsoft Office suite and integrated human resources information systems is an asset.
