Job Overview
As a Human Resources Generalist at Bayshore Healthcare, you will play a key role in supporting the company's recruitment and retention initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

About the Role
This HR Generalist position is responsible for providing support to various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. You will work closely with the Area Director and other members of the HR team to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Recruit and select qualified candidates for open positions, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
* Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and selection criteria
* Source and advertise job openings through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
* Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring managers alike
* Manage employee onboarding, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment
* Provide ongoing support to employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records of employee files, performance evaluations, and benefits information

Requirements
* Completion of a recognized Human Resources certificate or diploma program
* A minimum of two years' experience in human resources, preferably in a recruitment or generalist role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
