Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Sandal Translation Services Ltd.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity with 35-44 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources and experience in staffing operations.
Responsibilities- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet the needs of our growing business.
- Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling.
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Collect and screen applicants to find the best fit for our organization.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Review candidate inventories to select the most qualified candidates.
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assessments.
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to bring fresh talent into our organization.
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to resolve conflicts and improve communication.
- Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment processes.
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to enhance skills and productivity.
- Recruit and hire staff to fill vacant positions and support business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing operations or human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and HR systems.
- Client-focused approach and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
