Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Innovation Manager to join our IDG Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining marketing strategies with partners, seeking incremental funding, and ensuring approval of marketing plans, funding, and claims. You will work closely with the Global IDG Marketing team to identify key marketing strategies, activities, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to building yearly marketing plans based on business objectives and marketing strategy.
  • Run quarterly marketing reviews with partners to assess campaign and assets performance and develop recommendations to amend yearly plans.
  • Contribute to new thinking and creative ways to establish our leadership position in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing groups to develop partner funding marketing plans.
  • Support all aspects of the MDF Management Program and Process, including budget and accruals administration, claims, and fund reimbursement.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of integrated marketing planning and execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications/business or equivalent work experience.

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $160,000 - $220,000.
