Program Management: Implement innovative program management techniques to enhance project delivery efficiency. Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality expectations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the NA Strategy Office, NA business management, product management, NA sales operations, SMB sales leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent engagement across all initiatives. Senior Executive Interaction: Collaborate regularly with senior leadership and their staff to present business updates, strategy communications, and project recaps. Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance sales data tracking and accelerate team efficiency. Rapidly synthesize and communicate market data to inform strategic decisions.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics or program management within SMB segment at large hardware technology company

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in program management methodologies, including agile project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging with senior executives.
