We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Software Trainer to join our dynamic team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our training department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and training on our cutting-edge Dealer Management System (DMS) software.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated and organized individual who is fluent in both English and French. As a Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to customers across North America, including hands-on training sessions, phone support, and online assistance.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and achieve maximum efficiency with our DMS software. To achieve this, you will work closely with our internal teams, including sales, implementation, and support, to deliver seamless solutions and outstanding results.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions for new and existing customers, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our DMS software.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our DMS software, including its features, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, training sessions, and issue resolution.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong background in accounting and/or finance, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Fluency in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • The ability to travel frequently within Canada and the United States, up to 2 weeks per month.
