Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Automotive Software Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Dealership Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). Your primary objective will be to ensure that customers have a seamless experience with our software, from implementation to ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop an understanding of our PBS software, including data entry and other key tasks.
  • Develop expertise in training customers on our software, ensuring they can navigate and utilize its features effectively.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot issues, and escalate them to the corresponding teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, updating processes as needed within the DTO team.
  • Participate in continuous learning and cross-training initiatives to stay up-to-date with industry developments and software updates.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, prioritizing their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or similar field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
  • Effective time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA, up to 2 weeks per month, requiring a valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) and full-class driver's license.
