Job Summary

The Inside Account Executive - HR Division is a hybrid role that combines account management and sales responsibilities. As a key member of the Info-Tech Research Group team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage client relationships to ensure alignment and drive usage of McLean membership.
  • Work marketing leads and conduct warm/cold calls to book sales presentations with prospective clients.
  • Support cross-functional communication and collaborate with research and product teams.
  • Grow revenue by identifying referrals through personal and professional networks, as well as pursuing sales opportunities with former clients.
  • Identify client needs that align with our workshop, executive services, consulting, and training offerings.
  • Solicit feedback and testimonials from current accounts.
  • Record client details and account notes in CRM system.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education - minimum College Diploma
  • 2 years B2B sales + University Degree or
  • 5 years B2B sales + College Diploma

  • Account Management: Engaging and managing ongoing needs of clients.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identifying opportunities within accounts and growing account base.
  • Organizational Skills: Keeping track of clients, record keeping, and managing multiple calls.
  • Business Acumen: General understanding of business and business language.
  • Active Listening: Ability to understand client needs.
