Key Responsibilities- Authorize Payments: Make informed decisions on payment authorizations by cheque, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
- Sell Merchandise: Utilize your sales acumen to effectively promote products and services, meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Develop and present comprehensive reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages, showcasing your problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is essential for this role.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Excellent attention to detail and physical stamina are necessary to excel in this position.
- Personal Suitability: Strong client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential.
