Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Make informed decisions on payment authorizations by cheque, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
  • Sell Merchandise: Utilize your sales acumen to effectively promote products and services, meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Develop and present comprehensive reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages, showcasing your problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is essential for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Excellent attention to detail and physical stamina are necessary to excel in this position.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement plans.
