Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales supervisor to join our team at Redline Heavy Truck Parts & Repair Ltd.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous paid time off policy.

Responsibilities
  • Assign sales teams to duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet their performance targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire and train staff: Identify and recruit top talent, providing training and development opportunities to ensure our sales team is equipped to succeed.
  • Order merchandise: Work with suppliers to source high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.
  • Authorize return of merchandise: Ensure seamless returns process for customers, maintaining a positive reputation for our company.
  • Establish work schedules: Create and manage sales teams' work schedules, balancing workload and ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Sell merchandise: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare reports: Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
  • Resolve issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other challenges that may arise.
  • Organize inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
