Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Key Account Sales Manager to join our team at Golden Tie Plastic Products Ltd. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and sales skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and product offerings.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and progress towards targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
