Director of Revenue Growth Role

We're seeking a high-energy, results-driven professional to lead our revenue growth initiatives. As the Director of Revenue Growth, you'll be responsible for driving business expansion, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to achieve 300% growth in 2017
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high-growth mid-market SaaS customers
  • Refine and scale our outbound account-based selling strategy
  • Build and optimize marketing channels, including social media, website, webinars, and inbound marketing
  • Hire and train a team of sales and marketing professionals
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial experience, preferably in software start-ups
  • 2-4+ years of software or technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of managing sales cycles from business champion to CXO levels
  • Experience in selling and marketing to commercial and mid-market companies
  • Data-driven and analytical, with a focus on measuring and improving sales and marketing results
  • Digital marketing experience, including social media, SEO, content creation, and inbound and outbound channel development
  • Previous sales methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Hunter/new business mentality and self-starter attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment
