Job Summary

The Director of Ancillary Revenue Growth will lead the development and execution of revenue-generating programs, strategically overseeing current contracts and identifying new opportunities for financial growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor the Ancillary & Business Development unit to enhance sales focus
  • Analyze existing contracts to evaluate performance, service, and revenue
  • Conduct research to identify new revenue streams aligned with customer needs
  • Establish property site visits to monitor and enhance existing and new ancillary opportunities
  • Negotiate renewals and pursue new ancillary business opportunities
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure legal and risk requirements are met
  • Lead in assisting in financial forecasting and budget preparation
  • Support the Manager in liaising with vendors and stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate and roll out programs to stakeholders
  • Investigate and implement software and technology opportunities to support contract database management
  • Lead in coordinating regular update meetings with the executive team and operational staff

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in managing suppliers and developing ongoing relationships
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager or sales executive
  • Understanding of the Multi-residential sector
  • Market knowledge
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams
  • Strong selling skills and focus on customer service
