Revenue Growth Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing trade spend activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with Finance and Marketing to complete promotional post evaluations and ensure accurate trade spend accruals.
- Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting on volume tracking, trade spend, and seasonal in-flight tracking.
- Monitor revenue realization of cost price increases and work with customer teams to ensure accurate trade spend accruals.
- Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan.
- Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines and regularly review promotional spend.
Requirements
- Commercial and financial acumen with a strong understanding of P&L management.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales and/or finance experience in CPG or retail industry.
- Customer experience across several distinct channels.
- Strong planning and forecasting experience, including IBP process.
- Managerial experience preferred.
