Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our sales processes and customer experience. You will work closely with our sales team and Application Solutions team to provide a world-class sales journey.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and prequalify product suitability
- Support Onboarding application engineers and relevant teams during kick-off sessions, user training, and addressing technical hitches
- Collaborate with Account Managers and the Customer Success team during Quarterly Value Reviews (QVRs)
- Organize and conduct webinars and training sessions to ensure customers get the most out of their purchases
- Design and articulate value narratives specific to customers obtaining value from using Pani Zed
- Experience with B2B sales at any stage within the customer journey
- Experience working for a SaaS startup
Pani Energy offers a competitive total rewards package, including comprehensive health and dental benefits and paid time off. The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $50,000 to $100,000, with the potential for a commission structure.
