Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Solution Sales Manager to join our sales team, reporting to the COO. The successful candidate will serve as a critical intermediary during the mid-sales funnel, bridging the gap between initial sales processes and post-sales customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to gauge customer needs, understand their Operational Intelligence requirements, and technical plant design to prequalify which product fits the customer's needs best.
  • Lead or assist in showcasing product benefits to end customers, highlighting the transformative potential of using Operational Intelligence for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and the Customer Success team during Quarterly Value Reviews to provide technical proofs of customer value creation.

Requirements

  • University degree in engineering, sciences, or relevant equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of plant operation/process engineering experience.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of technical treatment plant operations and processes, especially in areas like desalination and municipal wastewater treatment plants.

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including comprehensive health and dental benefits and paid time off. The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $50,000 to $100,000 with the potential for a commission structure.
