Job Title: Sales Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at PSB IMPEX LTD dba LANSDOWNE Chevron. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers, while also ensuring the efficient operation of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of sales staff, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective action to improve sales figures.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
