Technical Solution Sales Manager

Job DescriptionYou will play a critical role in Pani's sales team, reporting to the COO, and serving as a key intermediary during the mid-sales funnel. Your primary mission will be to amplify the product's value to customers, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent value addition throughout the customer journey. With a deep understanding of customer needs and technical expertise, you will ensure the product delivers tangible, sustained value throughout the customer's journey. You will work closely with the sales team and our internal Application Solutions team to provide a world-class sales experience.

Responsibilities- Partner closely with Account Executives to gauge customer needs and understand their Operational Intelligence (OI) requirements and technical plant design.
- Lead or assist in showcasing product benefits to end customers, highlighting the transformative potential of using OI for decision-making.
- Provide as-needed support for the onboarding process, including supporting the Onboarding application engineers and relevant teams during kick-off sessions, user training, and addressing any technical hitches that may arise.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and the Customer Success team during Quarterly Value Reviews (QVRs), providing technical proofs of customer value creation and related facts that have added value to customers or can add additional value through upsells or continued usage.
- Organize and conduct webinars and training sessions in tandem with the product and CS teams to ensure customers get the most out of their purchases.
- Design and articulate value narratives specific to customers obtaining value from using Pani Zed, producing technical content when necessary, and providing data points for value stories and case studies that offer tangible evidence of the product's value to customers.
- Experience with B2B sales at any stage within the customer journey.
- Experience working for a SaaS startup.
Pani offers a competitive total rewards package, including comprehensive health and dental benefits and paid time off. The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $50,000 to $100,000, with the potential for a commission structure. The base salary offered will consider a wide array of factors, including the individual's skill set, level of experience applicable to the role, and consideration to internal equity.
