Job Summary

CANADA INC. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Daily Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and efficient, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and performing data entry tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
