Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract for 12 months)No Relocation Assistance Offered
About the RoleThe CBS Talent Acquisition Administrator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers of the TA process in an effort to make a positive experience for all participants in the hiring process. Coordinators are responsible for assisting the CBS Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Specialist by effectively supporting the TA process through tasking which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and logistics for interviews, forms and technology maintenance, and referral payout tracking.
Key Responsibilities:- Confirms participant availability and schedules all phone screens, teleconference, and in-person interviews with all participants
- Creates and sends offers / contracts (or updated offers if necessary) to the candidate
- Notify relevant parties in the event of adverse impact for communication to affected candidate (step based on legal requirements for some countries)
- Reviews results of pre-employment due diligence testing
At least one 5+ years of experience in HR functions
Proficient in Computers and experience with Success factors will be desirable
Bachelor's degree / working towards
Proficiency in English
