CBS O2I Solutions Specialist

Colgate-Palmolive is a leading consumer products company seeking a skilled CBS O2I Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Order Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order acquisition and management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and resolve order entry, order capture, and order creation issues, including Idocs, duplications, translation errors, ESKER issues, and EDI kick-out reports.
- Coordinate order reprocessing with customers and IT teams as needed.
- Support system implementation and testing for O2I and EDI transactions, collaborating with IT, CDT, and Division System Integration teams.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance order management efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Master Data Management, including logistics parameters and customer master data.
- 1-2 years of experience in Order to Invoice, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Sales, and Logistics.
- Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or IT-related university or college degree.
- Results-oriented, promoting teamwork, customer-oriented, and strong analytical skills (SAP, APO, Excel).
- Ability to work independently, execute tasks immediately, and show initiative.
