Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Sea Salt Seafood Cafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities- Coordinate special events and plan menus to meet the needs of our customers.
- Estimate food requirements and prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
