About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Rang De Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Supervise and Train Staff

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of food service staff, including kitchen staff, servers, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week is required.
