Job Summary

Actionmarguerite seeks a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our Executive and Corporate Services team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the executive team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
• Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
• Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

• Business Administration certificate and/or equivalent combination of formal education and related experience
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in a senior support role
• Experience in executive-level administrative functions, including working with a Board of Directors
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and computerized environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingualism (English and French)
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of Actionmarguerite's mission, vision, values, and policies
