About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Disability and Wellness Solutions. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our disability and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of case managers and provide guidance and support on complex cases
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective case management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new business initiatives
  • Contribute to the growth and profitability of the business unit
  • Provide expert advice on disability management and case management best practices
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in disability management
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Degree in a related field, such as health or business
  • Professional certification in disability management, an asset
  • Experience with disability management software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of employment standards, CSPAAT/CSST, human rights, collective bargaining, and labor relations
  • Personal motivation and ability to learn autonomously
  • Experience in employee wellness or HR practices, an asset
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of insurance contracts and principles
  • Ability to lead teams through change and uncertainty
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on employee growth and development
