About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Disability and Wellness Solutions. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our disability and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of case managers and provide guidance and support on complex cases
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our disability and wellness services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on key performance indicators and trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in disability and wellness management
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in disability management
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Canada Pension Plan and the Workers' Compensation Act
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies
