About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Interrent Holdings Manager Limited Partnership. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including data entry, training staff, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
  • Technology and Systems: Utilize SharePoint, spreadsheet software, accounting software, and other technology tools to support business operations.
  • Project Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational and time management skills.
