Regional Business Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Overhead Door Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sustainable and scalable sales growth in all branch locations.
- Collaborate with branch leadership to align sales growth strategies with organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain key relationships with customers to ensure sales budget, margin targets, and annual goals are achieved.
- Partner with the Director of Sales/BD to identify new business opportunities and transition key regional relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven professional sales experience or equivalent.
- Multi-segment sales experience and proficiency in professional strategic sales process.
- Excellent personal computing skills – MS Office.
- Ability to travel within Canada and internationally as required.
