Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Overhead Door Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sustainable growth in all branch locations.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to align sales growth strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure sales budget, margin targets, and annual goals are achieved.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales/BD to identify new business opportunities and transition key regional relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven professional sales experience or equivalent.
  • Multi-segment sales experience and proficiency in professional strategic sales processes.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and internationally as required.
  • Business degree preferred, with a record of continuing education in professional sales topics.
