Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Overhead Door Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sustainable and scalable sales growth in all branch locations.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to align sales growth strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure sales budget, margin targets, and annual goals are achieved.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales/BD to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven professional sales experience or equivalent.
  • Multi-segment sales experience and proficiency in professional strategic sales processes.
  • Excellent personal computing skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and internationally as required.
