As a Specialist, Corporate Partnerships, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with national corporations and local businesses to drive revenue growth and support our philanthropic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to secure funding and support for our philanthropic initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners to identify new opportunities and grow existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding and support
  • Manage a portfolio of partnerships to ensure timely and effective delivery of partnership commitments
  • Develop and implement sales materials, including pitch decks, research profiles, and agreement templates
  • Work with partnerships, legal, finance, and operations teams to negotiate and finalize agreements, create invoices, and track payments

Requirements:

  • Three (3+) plus years of relevant work experience developing partnerships in either or both the corporate and not-for-profit sector
  • Strong, demonstrated experience in independently developing and managing a relationship pipeline
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with donors/corporate partners and cross functionally within an organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of philanthropic and sponsorship relationships and benefits to companies and not for profits
  • Strong experience working with a cross functional team, multiple stakeholders and a cross section of people from executive corporate leaders to custodians
  • Strong presentation creation experience
