Corporate Partnerships Manager

Job Summary:
The Canadian Red Cross is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships with corporate donors to support our humanitarian work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy to achieve fundraising goals.
- Identify and qualify potential corporate partners and develop tailored proposals to secure funding and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners to ensure ongoing support and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement joint fundraising campaigns and events.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of corporate partnerships.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education and seven years of relevant fundraising experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CFRE or comparable designation or in progress an asset.
- High level of proficiency and experience with fundraising software, preferably Blackbaud and/or other CRM system.
- Proven productivity and collaboration computer skills including Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and experience working within a matrix / complex organization.
- Experience using CRM database.
- Proven track record of success in a quota-based sales or fund development environment - $1MM+.
Working Conditions:
- The majority of this work will be performed in a safe and clean environment.
- Travel may be required for meetings and training purposes.
- This position will require working non-traditional hours especially during times of disaster or appeal.
