About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supervising teams, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. You will work closely with our chefs, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and train 5-10 staff members, including food and beverage servers, to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • A valid Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
