Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service. This includes managing inventory, developing menus, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new menu items and concepts
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Monitor and control food costs and labor expenses
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants should possess:
- A degree in culinary arts or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an executive chef or in a senior kitchen role
- Proven track record of innovation, creativity, and menu development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
