Job Title: Executive Chef
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Wild Blue Restaurant and Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as managing the kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests.
- Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in menu development and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
