About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising Staff: You will oversee the daily activities of food and beverage servers, kitchen and food service helpers, and other staff members to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintaining Quality Standards: You will work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Managing Work Schedules: You will develop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of the business while ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: You will prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Customer Service: You will handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, working to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or as a senior server/supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
