Executive Chef and Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef and Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Lillooet Inn Restaurant.
Responsibilities:- Determine food portion sizes and costs, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- Plan menus, estimate food requirements, and requisition supplies to meet demand.
- Possess excellent cooking skills and ability to prepare complete meals or individual dishes for customers with dietary restrictions.
- Supervise kitchen staff, train new employees on food preparation and handling, and maintain inventory records.
- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment, maintaining a clean environment, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 5 years of experience in the culinary industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, possess strong time management skills, and be organized
- Excellent client focus, team player attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks
The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
