Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide critical support to employees and managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR support to employees and managers, responding to inquiries regarding human resources policies, procedures, programs, general employee relations, and redirecting as needed to appropriate team members.
  • Assist with HR-related inquiries or requests, including drafting memos, disciplinary letters, and offers of employment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including leave administration, benefits, and training compliance.
  • Support the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, assessment administration, candidate pre-screening, and offer presentation.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field, CHRP (or working towards) is an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A team player who can multitask and work independently.
  • Ability to maintain composure when managing multiple conflicting priorities for multiple stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to deal effectively with all levels within the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant legislation, including Employment Standards, Occupational Health and Safety Act, AODA, and Ontario Human Rights Code. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
