We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support in all areas of the Human Resources function, including performance management, employee benefits, job descriptions, policy development, training/development, and recruitment.
  • Support leaders within the organization in accordance with local legislation and company policies.
  • Implement strategies to increase employee satisfaction and promote continuous improvement.
  • Manage performance management program in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Provide support for employee orientation, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
  • Handle employee exits, including terminations and drafting relevant documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience within a large or mid-sized Company.
  • Working knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos time and attendance is considered an asset.
  • Experience within an aerospace or manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
  • College diploma or undergraduate degree in related field. Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) is preferred.
